Telecom applications and long back up times
With its special architecture, specifically designed for the telecommunications sector, and the long back-up time guaranteed by its standard “Long Life” batteries, the Mod-TC 245 is also the ideal solution for installations in remote unmanned places such as radio links, radio mobile stations for cellular phone networks, and GSM – GPRS – UMTS – repeaters.
THE TWO VERSIONS PROVIDED:
MOD-TC 230 (1 X 3000VA) / MOD-TC 245 (1 X 4500VA) / MOD-TC 260 (1 X 6000VA)
MODULYS TC2xx is a Stand Alone UPS, with power ratings of 3000VA (TC230), 4500VA (TC245) or 6000VA (TC260) with the option of installing a second completely independent UPS of the same power.
MOD-TC360 (2 X 3000VA) / MOD-TC390 (2 X 4500VA)
MODULYS TC3xx is a scalable and modular UPS, which can be expanded in both power and redundancy. Because of its modular nature, the 6000VA system (TC360) can in fact be increased to 9000VA, or offer a 6000VA N+1 redundant system. In the same way, with the installation of a third 4500VA module, the 9000VA system (TC390) can operate as a 9000VA N+1 redundant system.
Furthermore, in order to guarantee continuous and reliable operation, the specific battery charger installed as standard enables the fast and stable recharging of the batteries after any use in autonomous operation.
The VFI (Voltage Frequency Independent) architecture means that the Mod-TC can also be used as a frequency converter, making it particularly suitable for the power of all equipment requiring different power supply frequency. This UPS can in fact receive 50 Hz frequency input and supply 60 Hz in output, and vice versa.
Also available is the ECO-MODE function which amplifies these features and offers considerable energy savings, ideal during periods when the priority loads are off. This function can be programmed by the user and means that the level of protection offered by the UPS when the mains line is down remains unaltered.
